Question of the Day
Here is the question to answer today:
What are some key differences and similarities between live performances and movies? Because of this, which kind of performance do you like better?
I know that in theater, there are no second takes. When something doesn't work, you have to keep going. In movies, performances are being recorded to turn into movies, while in plays the person sees the performance as it is happening. However, some similarities are that sets are most likely needed to be built, costumes are either sewn or borrowed, and hair and make up is also done. I personally love both mediums of performance, but I prefer plays. I love acting in them, as well as watching them.
